For over 25 years, I’ve worked in highly sensitive, high-stakes professional environments where confidentiality isn’t optional — it’s the foundation.
My background spans education, leadership, adult training and regulatory roles where neutrality, precision and professional integrity were essential.
Today, I bring that same depth, calm and psychological rigour into my private coaching practice.
I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and I specialise in supporting high-performing professionals who are navigating identity shifts, leadership pressure and complex career crossroads.
