The Science Bit

Positive Psychology is known as the science of happiness. It focuses on human strengths and positive functioning. A positive psychology practitioner like me doesn’t attempt to repair mental illness. We are not therapists. Instead, we would always want to use the power of coaching to help people be more productive and live a more fulfilled life. This is the part I love! The fascinating bit. From making tiny changes in our lives the impact can be massive! By shifting our perspective, we can take control and do anything we want to improve outcomes and the way in which we live our lives. By introducing scientifically proven interventions we can improve our happiness and resilience and therefore our overall wellbeing.
